Today, March 15th, from 1:38 PM UTC till 2:42 PM UTC the Desktop Clients Service and the Cloud Storage Connector Service were experiencing higher than normal response times, caused by some components' partial outage. End-users and administrators were experiencing page loading delays or timeouts. The issue was localized and resolved. The Syncplicity team is investigating the issue and will send an update as soon as the root cause will be defined.
